Hose end for steam hose with male thread, type MS BOSS
Hose tail for steam hose with male thread, type MS BOSS. Hose tails with tapered external BSPT and NPT thread for rubber steam hoses, with corrugated hose tail and lock. They provide a safe connection between the hose and the installation. Mounted to the hose using SBC type BOSS steam clamp. Sealing on the BSPT or NPT tapered thread with sealant (e.g. PTFE tape). Depending on size and material type, the hose tail may differ in tail shape. Material: galvanized steel, galvanized cast iron, AISI 316 stainless steel, brass. Working pressure: 18 bar (+210°C) - saturated steam. Working temperature: up to +230°C.
