Suction and delivery hose for transferring liquid chemicals CHEM STAR UPE/SD
Heavy-duty suction and delivery hose with an inner layer made of chemically resistant ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UPE, UHMWPE). The UPE inner layer is resistant to most aggressive chemicals, antistatic (R 6 Ω), compliant with requirements for food-grade hoses, smooth, with low friction coefficient during flow, preventing the medium from depositing on the walls. This greatly facilitates cleaning and also allows use in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries. Reinforcement with synthetic cord and steel spirals. Outer layer made of chemically resistant EPDM rubber, antistatic (R 6 Ω), abrasion-resistant, ozone-resistant, weather-resistant, flame-retardant. Complies with EN 12115:11 type Ω/T requirements, fully antistatic - provides dissipation of electrostatic charges also through the hose wall (R 9 Ω).
