Chemical hoses transfer acids, alkalis, solvents and other aggressive media in suction and discharge duty; rubber chemical hoses commonly follow EN 12115. Linings such as EPDM or UPE are chosen strictly by chemical resistance — always check the resistance chart for the specific chemical, concentration and temperature. Use antistatic or conductive versions in explosion-risk zones.
