Acid and base hose, antistatic MANICHEM MARBLE
Heavy-duty suction and delivery hose with an inner layer of chemically resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UPE, UHMWPE), black and white MARBLE (mottled), smooth, antistatic (R 6 Ω). The inner layer is resistant to most acids and bases and many other aggressive chemicals (at elevated, but not very high, temperatures), which makes the hose widely used in the chemical and petrochemical industry. The MARBLE-type UPE inner layer also meets the requirements for food-grade hoses, and is characterised by a low friction coefficient during flow and prevents the medium from building up on the walls. This makes cleaning much easier and also allows use in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries. Reinforcement with synthetic cord and steel spiral. Outer layer made of chemically resistant EPDM rubber, antistatic (R 6 Ω), resistant to abrasion, ozone and weather conditions.…
