Suction and delivery hose for crude oil, drilling mud, drilling cuttings RIG STAR SD
Heavy-duty delivery and suction and delivery hose RIG STAR D and RIG STAR SD is designed for transfer and loading of crude oil, petrochemical products and drilling cuttings mixed with crude oil (up to 50% aromatic compounds). It can also be used for cement, baryte, seawater and brine. Tube made of black, smooth, antistatic NBR rubber. It is fitted with a copper cord ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends. Cover made of chloroprene rubber CR, flame-retardant, resistant to abrasion, ozone, seawater and weathering. Designed as a specialist OFFSHORE hose for use on drilling platforms. Widely used on North Sea platforms. It can also be successfully used in onshore applications. Inner layer: black NBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black CR rubber. Working pressure: 20 bar. Vacuum: 0.9 bar. Working temperature: from -30°C to +85°C.
