Delivery hose for use on drilling platforms FUEL SOFTWALL
Heavy-duty delivery hose intended for transfer and loading of crude oil, petrochemical products and drilling cuttings mixed with crude oil (up to 50% aromatic compounds). Inner layer made of black, smooth NBR/PVC rubber compound. Reinforcement with layers of high-strength synthetic cord. Provided with copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends – provided that they are correctly connected to the ends. Outer layer made of CR chloroprene rubber, flame-retardant, resistant to oil, sea water, abrasion and weathering. Designed as a specialised OFFSHORE hose for use on drilling platforms. Widely used on North Sea platforms, successfully applied in land-based applications.
