Socket with shut-off valve of diagnostic quick coupling with male NPT thread, ISO 15171-1
Diagnostic quick coupling socket with shut-off valve, with male NPT thread, used for pressure measurement in power hydraulics systems. Manufactured in accordance with ISO 15171-1 and SAE J1502, interchangeable with couplings from other manufacturers. The quick coupling plugs made of hardened steel are standardly permanently installed in the hydraulic system, and the quick coupling sockets are connected by a line to a pressure gauge. Connection of the socket to the plug should be carried out only when the system is not operating, with no pressure or at very low pressure of a few bar. The socket and plug are equipped with valves ensuring leak-free connection and disconnection as well as leak-tightness. Their flat surfaces minimise residual oil leakage and air inclusion into the system (leak approx. 0.1 ml during disconnection, air inclusion approx. 0.02 ml during connection). For correct…
