Plug with shut-off valve for diagnostic quick coupling with female thread NPT, ISO 15171-1
Diagnostic quick coupling plug with shut-off valve, with NPT female thread, used for pressure measurement in power hydraulics systems. Manufactured in accordance with ISO 15171-1 and SAE J1502, interchangeable with couplings from other manufacturers. The quick coupling plugs made of hardened steel are standardly permanently installed in the hydraulic system, while the quick coupling sockets remain connected by a line to the pressure gauge. Connection of the socket to the plug should only be carried out when the system is not operating, with no pressure or very low pressure of a few bar. The working pressure for the plug not connected to the socket is 400 bar and the minimum burst pressure is 1600 bar.
