Diagnostic quick coupling plug with shut-off valve and male thread, ISO 15171-1
Plug with shut-off valve for diagnostic quick coupling, with male thread NPT, used for pressure measurement in power hydraulics systems. Manufactured in accordance with ISO 15171-1 and SAE J1502, interchangeable with couplings from other manufacturers. The quick coupling plugs are made of hardened steel and are standardly permanently installed in the hydraulic system, while the quick coupling sockets remain connected by line to a pressure gauge. Connection of the socket to the plug should be performed only when the system is not operating, with no pressure or very low pressure of a few bar. The working pressure for an unplugged plug is 400 bar and the minimum burst pressure is 1600 bar.
