Hose for sugar, grains, powders, granules VOLGA/BN SPECIAL®
Heavy-duty suction and delivery hose designed for extraction or pneumatic transfer of dry abrasive substances. Inner layer made of white, smooth, abrasion-resistant rubber (80 mm 3 according to ISO 4649, formerly DIN 53516), compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements for food contact. Two embedded copper wires which, when earthed (or connected to an earthed hose end), dissipate electrical charges. Outer layer resistant to weathering and ozone. The hose is intended for conveying dry food products: grain, sugar, powders, feed, granulates, etc. (under applicable FDA requirements) as well as other abrasive materials, e.g. PVC granulate, where a white, non-marking inner layer is required.
