Delivery hose for cement, dry bulk materials DON®
Soft delivery hose, nearly flat at rest for larger diameters and small wall thicknesses, designed for pneumatic transfer of dry bulk materials. Inner layer made of black, smooth, antistatic (R 6 Ω), abrasion-resistant rubber (70±5 mm 3 according to ISO 4649, formerly DIN 53516). Synthetic cord reinforcement. Outer layer made of antistatic (R 6 Ω) rubber, resistant to abrasion, weather conditions and ozone. The hose is used mainly for transshipment of cement, sand, gravel, silica and other dry abrasive materials from railway tankers, road tankers and silos. Standard length: 60 m (or 120 m - contact Tubes International). Inner layer: black NR/SBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black NR/SBR rubber.
