Hose for conveying sand, grain, granulates, cement ULVAC®
Lightweight and flexible rubber hose for suction and transport of sand, gravel, cement and other abrasive materials. Also used in systems for cleaning and removing abrasive material after sandblasting. Smooth inner layer, made of abrasion-resistant rubber with a thickness of 3 mm. Corrugated outer layer, abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant. Thanks to steel spiral reinforcement, resistant to kinking and vacuum. Designed for both suction and delivery. Equipped with a copper antistatic wire for dissipating electrical charges. Inner layer: black or brown natural rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord, steel spiral. Outer layer: black NR/SBR rubber. Working pressure: from 2 bar to 3 bar - depending on the hose diameter. Vacuum: up to 0.9 bar. Working temperature: from -30°C to +70°C.
