High-pressure PTFE hose for gas, with aramid braid and AISI 304 steel braid, HWDB/HPG/HI
Special high-pressure version of the SMOOTHBORE PTFE hose with an thickened wall made of specially processed PTFE (reduced microporosity) for high-pressure gas applications, with double braid (aramid braid and steel braid) and an outer Hytrel layer. The outer Hytrel layer is available in four colours: black, blue, green and red, to identify the hose for a specific type of gas. When an HPG inner layer and AS antistatic layer are required at the same time, the HPG/AS hose (red) can be used, with an additional thin AS antistatic layer inside the basic HPG natural PTFE inner layer. Assembly: use AF-TL... series hose ends and ferrules. Hose material: smooth PTFE (teflon) HPG. Reinforcement: aramid braid + AISI 304 steel braid. Outer layer: microperforated Hytrel (coloured polyester). Working pressure: 300 bar. Working temperature: from -50°C to +70°C (due to the outer Hytrel layer).
