Industrial rotary joints let parts of an installation - couplings, pipework, flexible hoses - rotate relative to each other, continuously or in oscillation. Bearings and dedicated seals carry the motion; multi-passage versions route several parallel supply or return lines for different media in one joint. Widely used for water, steam, air, heating oil and hydraulic oil.
