Rotary coupling SJ with female BSP thread, aluminium
SJ swivel coupling with BSP female thread, aluminium. SJ swivel coupling with a single bearing, designed for rigid or flexible line connections where it is required that torque is not transmitted to other installation components. Used in the chemical and petrochemical industry. The coupling is not resistant to high bending moment; in such cases, a swivel coupling with double bearing - heavy duty - is recommended (available on request). The coupling complies with the requirements of Pressure Directive 97/23/EC (PED), TDT, TÜV, Apragaz. On request, the following connections are also available in various combinations: BSP, NPT, BSPT, ACME thread, weld end, PN, ASA, TW, TTMA flanges, grooved couplings. Material: aluminium. Working temperature: from -40°C to +250°C. Rotation: slow, oscillating. Working pressure: up to 16 bar.
