Thermoplastic push-on hose
Very light and flexible thermoplastic polyurethane hose designed for low-pressure hydraulic, pneumatic and water installations. Used in industrial automation and the automotive industry. Free from LABS (linear alkylbenzene sulfonates), so it does not react with paints. Safety factor 4:1. Offers limited vacuum resistance. The hose is designed for use with self-gripping PUSH-ON hose tails. The NON CONDUCTIVE version (TO-107…) is electrically non-conductive (leakage under the test conditions according to the standard below 50 μA at a voltage of 246 kV/m for 5 min), used with electrical equipment, e.g. in cooling systems. Inner layer: polyurethane. Reinforcement: synthetic braid. Outer layer: black polyurethane (standard), orange polyurethane (NON CONDUCTIVE). Working pressure: 20 bar. Working temperature: from -40°C to +80°C.
