Oil-resistant hose for saturated and superheated steam VAPOFER®
Thick, robust and flexible delivery hose with steel reinforcement and an oil-resistant outer layer, for conveying saturated and superheated steam. Inner layer with good resistance to high temperature and saturated steam. May be used temporarily for superheated steam at 232°C and 18 bar; longer use with superheated steam reduces hose service life. Outer layer resistant to oil, temperature, weather conditions, abrasion and ageing. Hose used in the chemical industry, petrochemical industry, energy industry and other industrial applications, particularly where resistance of the outer layer to oils, greases and other petrochemical products is required. Not intended for dry steam cleaners. For steam, use special screw-tightened steam hose ends designed for steam. To extend service life, drain the hose of steam after use to avoid condensate build-up.
