Delivery hose for saturated steam VICTORIA®, PREMIUM
Strong and flexible delivery hose with steel reinforcement for conveying saturated steam. Inner layer with good resistance to high temperature, saturated steam and the pop-corning phenomenon (destruction of the inner layer caused by the ingress of steam condensate). Withstands superheated steam temporarily at a temperature of 230°C and a pressure of 18 bar; longer use with superheated steam reduces the hose service life. Outer layer resistant to temperature, weather conditions, abrasion and ageing. Hose used in the chemical industry, petrochemical industry, energy industry and other industrial applications. Not intended for steam cleaners („dry steam cleaners”). For steam use special screw-together ends designed for steam. To extend service life, empty the hose of steam after use to avoid condensate accumulation. Safety factor: 10:1. Standard length: 60 m. Inner layer: black IIR rubber.…
