Non-adhesive thermal glass fibre tape coated with silicone PYROJACKET
Non-adhesive PYROTAPE is intended for wrapping finished lines and installations without disconnecting them, as a replacement for PYROJACKET sleeve, and also for sealing it at the ends of lines and objects of irregular shapes. Resistant to splashes of molten metal (they do not adhere to the sleeve), flame, moisture and abrasion. The nominal thickness of the tape is 3.73 mm. During installation, a 30-50% overlap is recommended, together with PYROSIL tape or stainless steel clamps. The tape should not be used for dynamically bent lines. Material: fiberglass coated with silicone in rust colour. Working temperature: from -54°C to +260°C (up to +1093°C for 15 ÷ 20 minutes), (up to +1650°C for 15 ÷ 30 seconds).
