Internal cutting tool IST
Tool designed for skiving the inner rubber layer of multi-spiral hoses with 3 ÷ 6 reinforcement layers. Internal skiving is used when crimping INTERLOCK fittings. The complete tool includes a special skiving knife and a sliding mandrel. The skiving length is adjusted by the extension of the mandrel and ranges from 5 to 35 mm, and the skiving depth by extending the knife from the mandrel (1 ÷ 6 mm). The tool is made of hardened steel. The skiving knives are matched to one or two tool sizes and are not included with the tool (they must be ordered separately).
