Hydraulic hose cutting machine FS50
FS50 is designed for skiving the outer or inner rubber layer from skivable hydraulic hoses in the diameter range 3/16" ÷ 2". It is used for single-piece and serial production of hydraulic lines. It is manually controlled (rotation direction) and by pedal (skiving start), which is standard equipment. The unit is driven by a three-phase motor with a power of 0.75 kW and a weight of 34 kg. As standard, it is equipped with a tool holder and two skiving knives (for outer skiving). The skiving depth is adjusted by a special mechanism using a knob. FS50 works with FSE mandrels for outer skiving and FSI mandrels for inner skiving (ordered separately). The FS-RACK stand (ordered separately) is used for tool storage.
