Hose for peristaltic pumps for pharmaceutical and biotechnological applications PHARMED® BPT
High-quality, flexible cream-coloured hose designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology and laboratories. It offers high fatigue resistance, exceptionally long service life in peristaltic pump operation and good resistance to spallation (“spallation” - shedding of micro-particles of the hose material due to pressure from the pump rotor). It also features very low permeability to gaseous media, low absorption of conveyed products, and good resistance to acids, bases and oxidation. Ideal for use in diagnostic processes, sampling and cultivation of in vitro cell cultures, vaccine production, bioreactors, sterile filling lines, fermentation processes, extraction and purification (cleaning).
