Biopharmaceutical hose for analytical micropumps PHARMED® BPT MICROBORE
High-quality, flexible hose in cream colour, designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology and laboratories. It has high fatigue resistance, exceptionally long service life in peristaltic pump operation and good resistance to spallation ("spallation" – micro-particle flaking of the hose material under rotor pressure). It is also characterised by relatively low permeability to gaseous media, low absorption of conveyed products, and good resistance to acids, bases and oxidation. The opaque hose wall protects sensitive products from UV radiation. The MICROBORE version of the PHARMED® BPT hose is an ideal solution for analytical micro pumps where biocompatibility and long pump service life are required (1000 h and more).
