Fuel hose TU 40
Flexible hose designed for conveying industrial oils, mineral oils, diesel fuel (EN 590:2010), biodiesel and heating oil (DIN 51 603 1÷5) at higher pressure. It is also suitable for compressed air and glycol-based cooling fluids. Inner layer made of black, smooth NBR rubber, antistatic R 6 Ω/m (EN ISO 8031:2009). Reinforcement with a durable textile braid provides a safety factor of 4 : 1. Resistant to slight vacuum up to approx. 0.6 bar. Outer layer made of black, smooth SBR / NVC rubber (NVC - a mixture of NBR and PVC) is resistant to oil, ozone and weather conditions. Inner layer: black NBR rubber. Reinforcement: polyester braid. Outer layer: black SBR/NVC rubber. Working pressure: 40 bar. Working temperature: from -45°C to +100°C for fuels and oils, from -45°C to +70°C for air.
