Hose for leaded and unleaded petrol CODAN 3106
Flexible rubber CODAN 3106 hose intended for leaded and unleaded gasoline. Used for connecting, for example, a carburettor to a fuel pump in cars, motorcycles, mopeds, garden tractors, etc. Not suitable for engines with injection systems. Based on the requirements of DIN 73379 type B (03/1982). Inner layer of smooth, black NBR / PVC rubber compound. Outer textile braid of vulcanised polyester bonded to the rubber reinforces the hose and protects it against contact with hot parts. It can also be used for water, coolants, non-oxidising detergents, air. Maximum working temperature depends on the medium: for water and ethylene glycol-based coolants: +90°C, for air: +80°C, for liquid, non-oxidising detergents: +80°C, for diesel fuel: +80°C, for gasoline, unleaded gasoline, fuels with up to 50% aromatic hydrocarbons: +40°C.
