Filter-regulator and lubricator set FR + L, SYNTESI® series
The FR + L set combines a filter-regulator and lubricator. The filter-regulator consists of a standard air filter and a pressure reducing valve integrated in a single housing. The function of the filter is to separate the heavier fractions of airborne contaminants by means of centrifugal force, while the pressure reducing valve, thanks to the shaped diaphragm, ensures maximum sensitivity and setting precision. It has additional front and rear connections enabling a pressure gauge or connections for reduced pressure to be connected. The lubricator is the most widely used solution ensuring proper lubrication of actuators in pneumatic systems. Auxiliary connections for a pressure gauge, pressure sensor or additional air take-off are also located on its rear and front surfaces. Size: SY1, SY2. Outlet pressure range: 0÷8, 0÷12 bar.
