Compressed air filter with AC activated carbon, without end connections, SYNTESI® series
AC activated carbon compressed air filter, without end connections, SYNTESI® series, is used to clean compressed air from oil residues, solvents and odours. The cleaning process takes place as air flows through a porous activated carbon granulate with high contamination absorption. This is the most effective air purification method used in industrial pneumatic installations. The efficiency and service life of the filter element can be increased by preceding it with a fine filter (0.01µm) and a pre-filter (5µm). Size: SY1, SY2. Residual oil at 20°C: 0.003 mg/m 3 – air purity class according to ISO 8573-1: 1-7-1 (at a pressure drop not exceeding 75 mbar). Cartridge service life: 4000 hours (at a pressure drop not exceeding 75 mbar). Supply pressure: up to 15 bar - SY1 size, up to 13 bar - SY2 size. Working temperature: from -10°C to +50°C.
