DRY-MATE dry disconnect coupling socket with female thread, polypropylene
Dry-break coupling socket DRY-MATE with female thread made of polypropylene. Used in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, agriculture and transfer systems. Not intended for gaseous media or liquids with a low flash point. Installed on the hose side (hose part). The socket design is based on a ball valve, which ensures completely unobstructed flow. Socket supplied complete with polypropylene caps. Material: body - glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene, ball - PTFE, CAMLOCK latches - AISI 316 steel. Sealing: valve - PTFE, coupling - viton (EPDM and kalrez available). Working pressure: up to 7 bar. Working temperature: 21°C (up to 66°C at a working pressure of 5 bar). Maximum leakage: 2 ml.
