Crimp ferrules type LDR, LD, LR, carbon steel
LDR, LD and LR type ferrules are intended for crimping stainless steel hygienic ends with a corrugated tail, type NH-xxK-xxx, as well as hose tails for RS shell clamps, e.g. TW-KRS-xxx, NH-xxR-xxx, on industrial hoses (rubber and synthetic hoses with textile reinforcement, optionally with a reinforcing spiral - suction and delivery hoses). The ferrule should be selected taking into account the inner diameter Dw and outer diameter Dz of the hose. The ferrule length L may be slightly (a few mm) greater than the tail length Lk of the end. LR ferrules - for shell-clamp ends only, LD - for corrugated-tail ends only, LDR - ferrules for both types of ends. Diameter D1 [mm] - outer diameter. Diameter D2 [mm] - inner diameter. Diameter D3 [mm] - lock diameter. Material: galvanized carbon steel.
