Locknuts in malleable cast iron for securing threaded pipeline components - jamming against fittings on long threads to lock position and support sealing. Used with running nipples and long-thread pipe ends in low-pressure steel pipework. Select by thread size, black or galvanised; combine with hemp/paste or PTFE sealing per standard threaded-joint practice.
