Thermoplastic high-pressure measuring hose TEST 8, 089 MICRO BORE
Lightweight, highly flexible and kink-resistant hose designed for hydraulic oil, water-based fluids and other media. Used in measuring systems, control systems, hydraulic brake systems in bicycles and micro-hydraulics (car roof opening systems). The outer layer is made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane or polyamide and is micro-perforated, allowing the hose to be used for gaseous media. The hose has vacuum resistance up to 0.93 bar. Temperatures above 80°C may reduce hose service life. The DN2 polyamide hose (ZC-TEST8-5021PA) has successfully passed impulse tests for 1 million cycles. Inner layer: polyester or polyamide. Reinforcement: single aramid braid. Outer layer: black polyurethane or polyamide. Working pressure: from 412 bar to 500 bar, depending on hose diameter and type. Working temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (for water and air up to +70°C).
