THERMOCLEAN® AL 20 pressure washer hose
Flexible delivery hose used for washing with cold and hot water and for conveying light chemicals, detergents and disinfectants. Suitable for use in the food industry. Complies with European requirements for food-contact substances according to Regulation 1935/2004 CE and Directive 2007/19/CE (simulant fluids A, B, C). Hydraulic-type ends (TI-Z...) should be used, properly crimped with ferrules, or ends secured with two clamps, which should be tightened after the first use at higher temperature. Ends and ferrules should be fitted after preheating the hose in water at +60°C for 30 seconds. Inner layer: white, smooth PVC. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: blue, smooth PVC. Working pressure: 33 bar. Working temperature: from -15°C to +70°C.
