SYNFLEX 1300 polyethylene and aluminium pneumatic hose
Pneumatic hose made of polyethylene and aluminium for use in pneumatic control systems. The very good chemical resistance of the outer layer allows operation in chemically aggressive environments. Reinforcement in the form of an aluminium layer increases the hose strength, which makes it possible to install long lengths without additional supports. An additional advantage is its so-called shape memory, enabling installation in hard-to-reach places. It can be laid underground without the need for additional protection. Thanks to its unique construction, the hose is approximately 5 times lighter than standard pneumatic hoses. Inner layer: polyethylene. Reinforcement: aluminium. Outer layer: black polyethylene. Working pressure: from 20 bar to 28.8 bar (depending on hose diameter). Working temperature: from -40°C to +80°C.
