STOPFLEX® protection
STOPFLEX® is a safety system that protects equipment from damage and workers from injury in the event of a hose being pulled out of the hose end fitting. The hose pulled out of the fitting is held in place by a cable. The clamp, equipped with a rubber gasket, ensures stable fastening regardless of changing working pressure. The safety device is intended for hydraulic hoses and is selected for individual hose end types (metric, inch, flanged, etc.). In addition, the appropriate STOPFLEX® clamp (index OP-SFO-...) must be ordered for the relevant hose diameter. The system has been tested on a line operating at the maximum working pressure of hoses, determined in accordance with the following standards: EN 853, EN 854, EN 855, EN 856, SAE J517. Proper operation is guaranteed provided that the working pressure specified in the standards is not exceeded.
