Semi-automatic tube bending machine 6 ÷ 50 mm, type C50ES
Semi-automatic hydraulic tube bending machine with an electrically driven hydraulic pump. The design and operating principle are based on wrapping the tube around a rotating former. Electronically controlled from the built-in panel, the machine enables precise bending. After pressing the “start” button on the control panel, the machine bends the tube automatically to the preset angle without additional operator intervention. An optional double electric pedal with safety switch is available. Tools (formers) on which the tube is bent are ordered separately (18 sizes). Tube bending range: 6 ÷ 50 mm (wall thickness 3 mm). Power supply: 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.1 kW. Maximum bending angle: 180°. Bending speed for a 90° angle: 6 seconds. Bending accuracy: ±1°.
