Sandblasting hose, shot blasting SM1
Delivery hose for sandblasting and shot blasting, extremely abrasion resistant. Thick inner layer of rubber with exceptionally good abrasion resistance (36 mm 3 according to ISO 4649:2014). Exceeds the requirements of ISO 3861:2008. Electrically conductive inner layer and antistatic outer layer prevent the buildup of electrical charges. Used for highly abrasive materials such as quartz sand, steel shot, corundum, glass in abrasive blasting of steel structures, castings, concrete surfaces, etc. Installed with special sandblasting hose ends. Inner layer: black NR/BR/SBR rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: black SBR rubber. Working pressure: 12 bar. Working temperature: from -35°C to +80°C.
