Safety multichannel nozzle with noise reduction BLOWSTAR
Multi-channel BLOWSTAR nozzle combines safety and efficiency (complies with OSHA STD 1-13.1 requirements) – minimizes the risk and hazard associated with compressed air, e.g. in contact with the skin – the special geometry at the nozzle outlet protects against direct skin contact with the nozzle openings. The nozzle design improves working conditions – noise level is 74 dB(A) at 6 bar, without reducing blowing force. In conventional nozzles, the noise level of blown air is about 90 dB(A). Blowing force 2.5 times higher than a standard nozzle with an opening diameter of Ø1.5 mm. Material: zinc casting (nozzle), aluminium (nipple). Maximum pressure: 10 bar. Connection: male thread M12x1.25 or female thread 1/4" BSP. Working temperature: from -10°C to +50°C.
