Flexible pressure hose made of PVC for general-purpose and food products. Used for compressed air, water, water-based cooling liquids, light chemicals, and liquid and semi-liquid food products. The smooth inner wall reduces flow losses and ensures ease of cleaning. In the food industry, it may be used for conveying hydrated and acidic foodstuffs, and alcohols up to 20%, e.g. juices, beverages, beer, wine (simulants A, B, C; up to +40°C and 0.5 h). Not recommended for milk and dairy products, or food substances containing fats and oils. RAGNO CR hose complies with the European requirements 1978/142/EEC, 1935/2004/EC, 1895/2005/EC and 10/2011/EU (simulants A, B, C), 2023/2006/EC (GMP).
