Quick coupling socket DN7.8 with valve, threaded, hardened steel, series 1625KA
Quick coupling socket with valve DN7,8, with thread, hardened steel, series 1625KA - belongs to the premium class with increased performance and features an impact-resistant plastic locking sleeve. Intended primarily for compressed air. The socket body is made of hardened steel, case-hardened by QPQ salt bath nitrocarburising, which increases wear and corrosion resistance (black colour). Can be operated with one hand. Safe operation of the coupling can only be guaranteed when used with plugs made of hardened steel (series 25KA). Performance: 2020 l/min (Pe = 6 bar, Δp=0.5 bar - air), 43.3 l/min (Δp=1 bar, Kv=2.6 - water). Working pressure: 35 bar. Material: QPQ hardened steel (socket body), PA6 + TPE (sleeve), nickel-plated brass (connection part), stainless steel (spring, balls and ring). Seal: NBR. Working temperature: from -20°C to +40°C.
