Quick-closing wedge gate valve type 10 / 13 / 40 / 43 / 60 / 63
Quick-closing wedge gate valve with metal-to-metal sealing, enabling rapid opening and closing of flow. Operated by means of a lever (sold separately), or by a double-acting pneumatic actuator. A valve with a hydraulic actuator is available on request. The compact design of the gate valve with a single disc reduces the dimensions and weight of the valve. Widely used for tankers in agriculture and as equipment for slurry tankers. It may be used in industry for any Group 2 liquid (non-hazardous), in accordance with the chemical resistance of the valve materials. It meets the requirements of the PED 2014/68/EU pressure directive, within the scope of sound engineering practice (SEP), in accordance with Art. 4(3) (without CE marking).
