Long-life hydraulic hose for very high pressure EN 857 2SC
Hydraulic hose with a smooth outer cover, double steel braid, reduced outer diameter and weight, and increased flexibility (COMPACT type). Characterized by higher working pressure compared with standard 2SC hoses. Proven hose service life of 1,000,000 impulse cycles. Flame-retardant outer cover (MSHA), highly resistant to ozone, weather conditions, abrasion and UV radiation. Intended for high-pressure hydraulic systems. Meets standards: EN 857-2SC, SAE 100R16, SAE 100R19, ISO 11237, ISO 18752 TYPE BC. Inner layer: black synthetic rubber. Reinforcement: double steel braid. Outer layer: black synthetic rubber. Working pressure: from 210 bar to 450 bar - depending on hose diameter. Working temperature: from -40°C to +100°C (temporarily up to +120°C), for water up to +70°C, for air up to +60°C.
