Lever crimping press for hoses UPS-1, UPS-2
UPS crimping press is intended for crimping, using a manual lever, textile-braided hoses with EC sheet sleeves. It is standardly equipped with two sets (6 crimping segments each) of dies. Working range by inner diameter of hoses to be crimped for the UPS-1 press: DN 3 ÷ 8 (inner diameter range of EC sleeves: 8 ÷ 17 mm), DN 10 ÷ 16 (inner diameter range of EC sleeves: 18 ÷ 28 mm). Working range by inner diameter of hoses to be crimped for the UPS-2 press: DN 20 (inner diameter range of EC sleeves: 30 ÷ 34 mm), DN 25 (inner diameter range of EC sleeves: 32 ÷ 38 mm). A base with index EC-100250 can be purchased separately for the press.
