Flat delivery hose for fuels and oils HILCOFLEX OIL
Heavy-duty delivery hose for oils and fuels. Lighter and more flexible than standard rubber hoses. Flat in the resting state, which facilitates handling and storage. Designed for transfer and transshipment of petrochemical products, oils and fuels in refineries, industry and transport. Used for ship bunkering, tank cleaning, fire-fighting and military applications. The hose is constructed from a high-strength polyester-polyamide braid, fully embedded in an NBR/PVC compound. It features copper wires ensuring electrical continuity between the hose ends, provided they are correctly connected to the fittings. The inner surface of the NBR/PVC hose is smooth and does not cause flow losses; the outer surface of the NBR/PVC hose is slightly longitudinally ribbed, which increases abrasion resistance and protects against contact with hot parts.
