ESSEN® cooling water hose
Delivery hose intended for cooling water in steelworks, foundries and in all applications where the rubber hose operates close to a heat source. Glass fibre cover resistant to temperatures up to +530°C caused by heat radiation. Used in cooling systems. Particularly recommended for water installations at metallurgical furnaces. Resistant to temporary contact with splashes of glowing hot metal. Roll length: 60 m or 120 m. Inner layer: black EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: EPDM rubber covered with glass fibre. Working pressure: 10 bar. Working temperature: from -40°C to +120°C, outer: up to +530°C.
