DIN 11851 hose end with male thread Rd, with tail for RS clamp, is a component of the so-called "milk coupling", most commonly used in food industry screw couplings. Also in the cosmetics and chemical industries, many devices and instruments are equipped with this coupling. The round Rd thread and wide tolerances ensure that the connection closes easily. The Ra roughness of the bore in the premium version is 0.8 µm (in the economy version, the roughness value is higher than in the standard version). Maximum permissible working pressure (for the coupling according to DIN 11851 only): 40 bar (DN10÷DN40), 25 bar (DN50÷DN100). Working temperature: depending on the material type of the gasket used. Material: stainless steel AISI 316.
