Crimping press FINN-POWER P20 X
The P20 X crimping press is a basic stationary unit for workshops and small plants manufacturing hydraulic hoses with an inner diameter of up to 1.1/2”. The press, with a simplified hydraulic system, is intended for making single hoses (single-piece production). It is driven by an electric motor available in two power supply variants: single-phase 230 V with an output of 1.5 kW and three-phase 400 V with an output of 2.2 kW. Crimp diameter attainment is monitored by an optical indicator (LED indicator), and once it is reached, the press dies stop. Crimp diameter setting is adjusted by a micrometric knob with a setting accuracy of 0.01 mm. All FINN-POWER crimping presses are designed for use with interchangeable die sets (ordered separately).
