Cooling water transfer hose GEYSER 20 ED FV
Delivery hose specially designed for transporting cooling water, used in steel furnaces, transformer cooling systems and electric converters. Used in the steel industry. Outer layer covered with glass fibre, resistant to heat radiation up to +550°C (temporarily) and splashes of hot materials. Inner insulating (dielectric) layer, R>10 11 Ω, resistant to electrical breakdown E≥6000 V/mm, with increased resistance to water and steam permeation under extreme service conditions. The minimum bend radius given in the technical data is specified for pressure above 3 bar. Inner layer: light blue insulating EPDM rubber. Reinforcement: synthetic cord. Outer layer: EPDM rubber covered with glass fibre. Working pressure: 20 bar. Working temperature: from -35°C to +120°C, outer layer up to +550°C.
