Compressed air preparation unit VFR+L, SKILLAIR® series
VFR+L compressed air preparation unit, SKILLAIR® series, with a high level of reliability, consists of an shut-off valve, air filter, pressure reducing valve and lubricator. The purpose of the set is to clean the air supplied by the compressor, reduce and maintain the set pressure stably under fluctuations in supply pressure, and lubricate with an oil mist. The function of the shut-off valve is to separate the working system from the supply air, which takes place in the closed position, while venting the system at the same time. Size: 100, 200, 300. Supply pressure: up to 15 bar, depending on size. Outlet pressure range: 0÷8, 0÷12 bar. Filtration degree: 20 µm. Connection: female thread BSP 1/4" ÷ 1". Condensate drain: manual / semi-automatic (RMSA). Working temperature: up to +50°C. Nominal flow rate: from 800 to 4000 l/min (at inlet pressure 6 bar Δp = 1 bar), depending on size.
