Butterfly valve with pneumatic actuator, type 1155
Specialised butterfly valve, flanged, centred, WAFER type, intended for industrial installations, used for flow regulation and shut-off (tightness class A according to EN 12266-1). It may be used, among others, for acids, bases, foodstuffs and other media compatible with the chemical resistance of the valve materials. Use in vacuum applications is not recommended. It can be closed and opened by means of a pneumatic actuator (single-acting or double-acting). For sizes from DN250 to DN300, it is supplied with a gearbox with handwheel. It meets the requirements of PED 2014/68/EU for liquids and gases of group 1: a) for sizes DN32 ÷ DN50 (1.1/4"÷ 2") – CE marking, category I; b) for sizes DN65 ÷ DN300 (2.1/2" ÷ 12") – CE marking, category II.
