Ball valve with aluminium lever, with BSP thread, brass, type 4170 and 4330
Universal, two-piece shut-off ball valve manufactured in Europe, made of brass casting (up to DN65) or forging (from DN75), with a straight aluminium lever, intended for industrial installations. It can be used for air, neutral gases, water, chemicals, petrochemical products, etc., free from solid impurities and compatible with the chemical resistance of the valve materials. It features a blow-out proof stem. It complies with the requirements of the PED 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive: a) for sizes up to DN25 (1”) inclusive within the limits of sound engineering practice (SEP), in accordance with Article 4(3) (without CE marking); b) for sizes from DN32 (1.1/4”) for liquids group 1 and 2 and for group 2 gases (other than hazardous) – CE marking, category I – according to the manufacturer’s declaration.
